Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

The sky shall unfold, preparing His entrance.
The stars shall applaud Him with thunders of praise.
The sweet light in His eyes shall enhance those awaiting,
And we shall behold Him then face to face.
Granny's cancer has spread to the brain. Right now this song reflects what I am feeling.
Of course, there IS still that selfish part of me that says, "But I wanted her to see me do this." (I like to think she will anyway.) And that part does need healing. There is no why. There is no explanation. It's just the peace, and I know God helps me to understand in His own time.
The question of how to communicate this to my family hovers on the edge of my mind. But He says it's enough and not too selfish to make room for my own healing. He says they'll see that, and He'll use me again.
