Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

I talked with someone at the Seeing Eye this afternoon. They think Dori should see a specialist at Purdue. I was thinking along that line anyway, but getting that to happen is going to be a task. It's a two-hour drive from here, and they only take admissions on Monday through Thursday. So, of course, I have to deal with the issue of someone taking off work to drive all that way. She'll probably stay at least one night, so there's another trip out there. I don't know when I have to go back to the eye doctor, and that's another morning trip. Then there's the move. I know Dad's going to be frustrated, and I know it's my fault, but it's hard not to feel responsible for my parents having too much to do. I thought about taking the bus, but that would probably mean that I would stay overnight a night or two. They wouldn't like that idea anyway, so I just have to deal with them blowing off their steam even though they don't like it when I blow off mine.
I'm still crabby. I don't want to socialize. I want to sleep till the next two weeks are over.
