Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

I'm proud of myself. Today Christy and I got dishes done, and I did two loads of laundry and cleaned my room. Now I'm getting ready to hopefully have a good night's sleep. I have a lot of things on my mind, and I'm hoping to carve out some writing time at work tomorrow. (Shhhh, don't tell.) I've been realizing that maybe I haven't been quite so far from God as I think I have, but I need and want to be more tuned in to my relationship with Him. I want Him to be the One I think of when I wake up in the morning and the One I think of when I go to bed at night. And I want to devote myself completely to Him and share His mercy and grace with everyone around me.
