Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.
If you are just coming to my diary for the first time, please read my introductory entry, where I share some background that is important if you plan to follow this diary regularly.
Please also visit my music page, where you can hear samples from my debut CD, I Believe, which features songs written based on experiences shared in this journal.
My new eye doctor changed one of my eye drops--he says people with asthma shouldn't take beta blockers. Mom and I were elated about the prospect of changing my eye meds to manage my asthma! What a concept: to think that I might be breathing soon! I'm not used to doctors who recognize the systemic effects of eye drops. It kind of boggles my mind, actually. I had psychiatric reactions to some of the drops I was on in 1999, and the doctor acted like I was psycho for even thinking they could affect me that way. I'm used to having to fish for my validation.
I'm off now to enjoy the benefits of having my ears pop. Oh, yes, I can hear now, too!
