Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

I don't think you can grow your trust in someone by limiting what that person does. Trust is like faith. You grow it by stepping out and finding out that either you trusted wisely (and therefore you can step out again in that direction) or your trust was broken (and so you pull back). But throw into the mix the fact that sometimes perceptions communicate that trust was broken when it really wasn't, and you have a truly confusing situation.
