Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

How to release anger... I really don't like the hitting pillows thing. Physical releasing does not help me. Neither does the empty chair or unsent letter technique. I think it is because such a big part of the issue is feeling like I was never heard, and doing these therapy activities just makes me feel like I still am not heard and makes the anger build. Does this make any sense?
