Thanks for visiting my diary. I've been journaling since 1984 and have chosen to share some of my entries online. They are not all positive thoughts, but I hope that reading them might be a blessing to someone who needs encouragement.

I'm so confused, Lord. I'm kind of scared because I don't know what You have in mind for me. I don't know what I want. Well, maybe that's not true.
In a relationship, I want someone who will understand and care about my emotions. I want someone who will just be there for me when there's nothing else that can be done. I want someone to talk to about everything. I also do want to have a family someday.
The other "problem" is that I don't know how relationships fit into my life. If You really have called me into some kind of ministry with music, then I have to go there when You want me to go. I can't be involved in a relationship that conflicts with Your call on my life. I need someone who will share in that call and help me to answer it.
I don't want to be in a relationship for fun or for pleasure. That's why I need to hear from You. I'm afraid I won't recognize Your voice. I know that You won't let that happen. I guess I'm just being impatient.
